tips, and techniques that can be applied in your chromatography lab to make your day more productive

and your lab life much easier.

Biography

Neil has worked for Waters Corporation since 1994 and has held a variety of positions including

Technical Support Specialist, Technical Trainer, Manager Customer Education and currently, Senior

Principal Product Manager focusing on Informatics solutions. He provides internal support for

Empower Chromatography Data System and is focused on developing laboratory software solutions

that help organizations achieve their scientific and operational objectives.

Biography

Mike Ratto has been with Agilent for 34 years as a Field Representative for both hardware and

software products. In his current role, as a Pre-sales Informatics Application Specialist, Mike presents

technical solutions of OpenLab family of products to customers all over the world.
