ChemTAG, the Chemistry Teacher Affiliates Group of NJACS, is a discussion group of area elementary & high school chemistry teachers who gather periodically for sharing ideas and networking.
All members of the group receive access to the Section’s monthly online newsletter, The Indicator, and are entitled to attend all sectional functions. ChemTAG offers participants the opportunity to network and to share teaching resources. We welcome new Teacher Affiliates and encourage participants to join the national chemistry teacher organization, the American Association of Chemistry Teachers (AACT) for $50/year. This is a community of the American Chemical Society (ACS) and is for K-12 teachers.

What: Gather to celebrate National Chemistry week with other teachers and participate together in a 75-minute interactive livestream broadcast from ACS Headquarters featuring technical presentations from experts, Q&A, “ChemClash” chemistry trivia, networking ice breakers, and prizes.
